Sosuite acquired 60 out of the 110 units from a previous operator who was unable to manage the building and its long-term tenants. Sosuite has divided its units into two categories, with half being master leased to the owner and the other half under a revenue-share agreement, providing the owners a consistent income while also offering them financial benefits from short-term stays.
