Independence Lofts - Sosuite, stay in Philadelphia, PA

The Independence Lofts located in Philadelphia, PA presented a prime opportunity for Sosuite to enhance the value of an existing asset. Sosuite acquired 60 out of the 110 units from a previous operator who was unable to manage the building and its long-term tenants.

Sosuite has divided its units into two categories, with half being master leased to the owner and the other half under a revenue-share agreement, providing the owners a consistent income while also offering them financial benefits from short-term stays.

With over 50% control of the building, Sosuite is unique in the city by offering a combination of services to both short-term guests and long-term tenants. Guests are treated to hotel-style amenities such as a gym and front desk, while long-term tenants receive hospitality-grade services including housekeeping, discounted stays for friends and family, and more.
